The repository of Digital Research Information Center (DRIC) has a mission for digital preservation and curation of research outputs and has a policy to collect, preserve, and provide access of research data and outputs to the designated community. The guidelines of preferred file formats and the full-text service can be used by the users.

Preferred file formats of DRIC are used for digital preservation as followed:

The purpose of the full-text download service is to provide a document for educational and research purposes. It is never permitted to be used for commercial purposes. In addition, it is prohibited to alter the content and the document's owner must be cited each time it is used. The download details are outlined below.
1) In order to access the service for downloading digital files of research information resources, the recipient of the service must first register as a member.
2) The Research Information Resources that are displayed with the words "Abstract and Full Text" in the bottom-left corner of the image of the book cover are the Resources that have both abstracts and full texts available for download.
3) Members are able to download full documents as well as abstracts in both the Thai and English languages.
4) A member is able to download the full text after entering the matching CAPTCHA code.
5) A new CAPTCHA code will be generated for the user each time a request is made to download the entire document.
6) A CAPTCHA code consists of letters appear in the order in which they are presented. Users also have the option to download the full text in a single chapter at a time or all at once.
7) The system will add a watermark to the full text file being downloaded. The watermark consists of the name of the downloader as well as the date and time of the download.
8) The full text file will become unreadable or will become expired after 15 days from the date that it was downloaded.
9) The full text papers and abstracts that are downloaded by members are always logged to assemble research interest trends.
10) In the event that a member has forgotten the password, a new password must be requested. The system will send the password to the e-mail address previously provided and instruct the recipient to use the given password without modification (the system is currently being developed to allow changing password).
